The delivery times for the payments made by debit and credit card or bank transfer (once the proof of the payment has been received) are:

• National Peninsular Territory: 24-48 business hours.
• Ceuta and Melilla: 48-72 business hours.
• Balearic Islands: 48-72 business hours.
• Canary Islands: 48-96 business hours.

The delivery times are indicative and every effort will be made to respect them. Even so, the delay will not imply the cancellation of order or compensation of any kind.

All prices depend on the measurements and weight of the order.

Free shipping for orders over 150 EUR (VAT included) except the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. This offer is not valid for the clients that have discounts.

You have an option to place your order on our website and indicate “Store Pickup” In this way, we will not charge you for the shipping and you will only pay for the products. When your order is ready, we will notify you so that you can pick it up.

As long as preparation of your order has not been started, you can cancel or modify it. You have to contact our customer service by the phone: +34 144 666 791 or email info@meta-sport.com and point out the changes you want to make or the reason why you want to cancel this order.

You do not have a lot of time for cancellation or changes of the order, because we try to send all the orders as fast as possible. If you are sure, you want to modify something or cancel the order you should contact us immediately. We will do our best for processing your inquiry. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changing if you do not notify us on time.
